Supporter current transformer for interior use
Medium-voltage current transformers for indoor applications that transmit one or more primary side currents proportionally and in phase to standardized secondary currents. These are cast resin insulated and serve in addition to their primary function as a current transformer as a busbar holder.
These current transformers can be used for both measuring and protection purposes, optionally approved for offsetting according to the conformity assessment procedure.
The medium-voltage current transformers are also available as multi-core converters. The maximum possible number of cores depends on the selected power and the accuracy class that results in the core volume. Optionally, the current transformers are available as primary or secondary switchable.
For the primary switchable current transformers, it is possible to choose between two primary rated currents, depending on the connection of the primary connections by parallel or series connection. The primary-side rated currents can only be realized in the ratio 1: 2.
In the case of the secondary switchable current transformers, switching is made possible by one or more taps. The primary-side nominal currents can thus be realized in different ratios.
